BRIGHTEN UP

In the past, many people have asked me how I have such white teeth. Although I live in a family of dentists, I can't say I can rightfully credit them for my pearly whites. While I've never had a cavity, I've also never had yellow teeth. What's my secret, you may ask? While I've used bleach whitening trays and Crest White Strips, I've achieved similar or even better results using two common, household products, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. As an at home toothpaste, these ingredients, the two main constituents of nearly every teeth whitening remedy, work to both clean and whiten your smile. Unlike whitening toothpaste, however, results are almost instantaneous. However, because the solution is high in strength, you must proceed with caution...

Directions: Mix the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide together, making a paste-like consistency. If the mixture appears gritty, dilute the paste with water. The solution should be runny as you don't want the baking soda to eat away your enamel.

Tip: Be extremely gentle and avoid your gums.
I'd advice against doing this more than once a week.

  4. Take a pinch of baking soda and rub gently along your teeth. Rinse thereafter for optimum results. Limited use of baking soda can enhance your teeth's whiteness considerably. Baking soda, hydrogen peroxide or salt mixture is also great to clean and whiten teeth naturally, for more information click here botox tamarac.
